Target Size
The trustee retains the authority to accept oversubscriptions and may choose to adjust the target trust size at its discretion.
Term Commencement Date
The Term Commencement Date will be the date of the first investment in the fund.
Term Maturity
The Trust is a closed-ended fund with a Maturity date of 2 Years after the Term Commencement Date.
Target Returns
From 9-11% per annum net of all fees payable to the Trustee.
Minimum Investment Amount
The Minimum Investment Amount is $50,000 AUD.
Distributions
Income will be distributed monthly, with surplus capital returned at the trustee's discretion.
