Investment Process Overview:

  • Loan Origination: Loans are sourced from trusted and diverse channels.
  • Preliminary Credit and External Valuation: Loans are assessed for compliance with the investment policy and the credit policy. Independent external valuations are ordered.
  • Final Credit Assessment: Full credit assessment and stress testing of loans are performed.
  • Credit Committee Review: Credit team make a full submission with supporting documentation to the Credit Committee for final review and approval.
  • Instruction and Settlement: After approval by the Investment Committee, solicitors are instructed to issue loan documents to Borrowers, and funds are settled.
  • Loan Management and Reporting: Each loan is actively managed and reported on, identifying and addressing issues early to support continued good performance by Borrowers.
  • Repayment: Close engagement with Borrowers is maintained to support timely repayment, with capital returned to investors.

Target Size

The trustee retains the authority to accept oversubscriptions and may choose to adjust the target trust size at its discretion.

Term Commencement Date

The Term Commencement Date will be the date of the first investment in the fund.

Term Maturity

The Trust is a closed-ended fund with a Maturity date of 2 Years after the Term Commencement Date.

Target Returns

From 9-11% per annum net of all fees payable to the Trustee.

Minimum Investment Amount

The Minimum Investment Amount is $50,000 AUD.

Distributions

Income will be distributed monthly, with surplus capital returned at the trustee's discretion.

Fees

  • Management Fee: 0.25% per annum.
  • Administrative Costs: All costs and expenses incurred by the Trustee will be covered by the Trust.
  • Performance Fees: Entitled to fees on excess returns.

Structure

The Trust operates as an Australian domiciled AUD unit trust.
