Borrowing Process

Application

Follow the simple steps to fill out the online application form via “Contact us.” Once the application is completed, you may be provided with an instant result. Otherwise, our experienced team will contact you to workshop the deal and progress it further.

Letter of offer

The defined amount will be issued to you once the application is assessed and approved by our credit team, including the loan term, rates, and fees.

Review, sign & pay

The applicant must review and sign the letter of offer once terms are accepted, and payment must be made in full before proceeding to the valuation stage.

Property valuation
Step Icon

We require a valuation to be performed for every property offered as security. The valuation will reflect the market value of the property, which we use to determine the final loan amount after the report is available.

Loan document issuance

Once the valuation comes back, the loan amount will be communicated to our broker and the client. If agreed upon by all parties, the loan agreement will be drafted and issued.

Signing loan agreement

The client will arrange a time to visit their solicitor to sign and witness the loan agreement once it has been issued. The signed and witnessed agreement must be returned to our legal team for review, and then settlement will be organised.

Settlement

Once the signed loan documents are received by our legal team, they will review them immediately to ensure they are in order before booking the settlement. We require at least 24 hours for drawdown.
